The 9ft Pre-Lit Fairmont Cedar has 3,251 branch tips and 1,200 warm white LEDs, while the 12ft Pre-Lit Fairmont Cedar has 5,581 branch tips and 2,000 warm white LEDs. Both are designed as full-profile statement trees; the 12ft model requires considerably more vertical and floor space.

Are these Fairmont trees exclusive to Newlands?

The pre-lit 9ft and pre-lit 12ft Fairmont Cedar trees are bespoke National Tree Company models exclusive to Newlands. Newlands has sold National Tree Company Christmas trees for more than 30 years, and that long-standing relationship allows us to source selected exclusive models. The unlit 9ft and 12ft Fairmont Cedar trees are also available in this collection but are not described as Newlands-exclusive models.
