Phygelius rectus 'Devil's Tears', often referred to as the Cape Fuchsia, is a striking perennial that originates from South Africa. It's known for its tubular, deep red to burgundy flowers, which dangle elegantly from slender, arching stems. These blossoms not only add a touch of drama to garden beds and borders but also are magnets for hummingbirds.
