The plant notebook

Know your plant. Grow your confidence.

See it in an aquascape

A fine, fast-growing plant that creates cover for fish fry and shrimp. Guppy grass can float freely or anchor itself with delicate roots.

What to know

  • Supplied as: 1-2-Grow tissue culture
  • Position: Free-floating or planted group

Planting and care

Separate into manageable portions and place gently. Thin frequently so its growth does not overwhelm the aquarium.
