Behind the layout
Swee Lim Cheah’s 100-litre aquarium began as an experiment with a triangular arrangement of wood and planting. Over time, it developed into a colourful, densely planted landscape with a darker opening that draws the eye into the scene.
Fern foliage, moss and carpeting plants balance the taller coloured stems. Use the PDF to explore the plant positions behind this layered jungle effect.
