OUR STORY · CLONDALKIN, DUBLIN 22
50 years of growing together.
From our beginnings as a plant nursery to the home and garden centre you know today, Newlands has grown into a place to discover, enjoy and return to, season after season.
Explore Newlands
ROOTED IN A LOVE OF PLANTS
Our roots are still showing. And we like it that way.
Newlands began as a plant nursery, with growing at the heart of the business. Over 50 years, we have developed into a retail garden centre with many different departments, while keeping that connection to plants and gardening at our core.
Today, a visit can take you from choosing something for the garden to finding a thoughtful gift, discovering the world of aquatics or settling down over a homemade lunch. We have grown, but the pleasure of helping people make their homes and gardens their own remains at the heart of Newlands.
COME FOR A PLANT. STAY FOR A LITTLE MORE.
So much to discover under one roof.

THE NEWLANDS CAFÉ
Homemade food. A proper sit-down. A little time for you.
A good visit deserves a good lunch — or at least a slice of cake. Our café has 100 seats indoors and another 50 outdoors, with plenty of room to take a break and enjoy a catch-up.
All our food is prepared and cooked in-house. From comforting soups and quiches to sandwiches and paninis, followed by homemade cakes and pastries, it is food made here, for you to enjoy here.
Whether you are stopping by for lunch or making a day of your visit, pull up a chair. There is always a reason to linger a little longer.

A NEWLANDS CHRISTMAS
When the whole place starts to sparkle.
Christmas is a very special time at Newlands. Each year, we transform a large part of our interior into the seasonal Christmas shop we are so well known for.
It is a place to wander, gather ideas and get into the festive spirit — with decorations, lights and seasonal touches to bring a little of that Newlands magic home. For many visitors, exploring the Christmas shop is a highlight of the season. For us, bringing it to life is part of what makes this time of year so special.
Make a day of Newlands.
A browse among the plants, something lovely for your home and a homemade treat in the café. We look forward to welcoming you to Newlands Home & Garden Centre, New Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
