A mistake made with the order was rectified by the next morning. The staff member I talked to was very helpful and proactive. They even allowed me to keep the extra climbing rose that I received instead of a shrub rose I ordered.
I Rang them at noon to explain the problem and the correct rose arrived at 10am the next day.
Mistakes happen but the measure of service for me is how they correct mistakes!
