Botanical Name: Daucus carota
A very early, small and round carrot with a delicious sweet flavor. Parceba is an improved round carrot with very even roots and a great dark orange colour. Perfect for growing in shallow soils or containers and so quick to crop its makes an ideal variety for children to grow.

Tips and Advice
Sowing Outdoors
Sow seeds thinly in pre-watered shallow rows and cover with soil. Allow 30cm between rows.
Thinning
As seedlings grow thin them initially to about 2cm apart. Later thin again to about 10cm apart. Thinning's are delicious as finger carrots or raw in salads.
