Tips & Advice:

Sowing Indoors
Sow thinly, 1cm deep in clean trays or modules of firm pre-watered compost. Place in warmth, 10-15°C and keep soil moist at all times.
Growing On / Planting Out
When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings 5cm apart to trays or individual pots of potting compost. Gradually accustom them to conditions outside for 2-3 weeks before planting out to their cropping position. Water plants generously in dry weather.
Sowing Outdoors
Sow thinly in a shallow, short, pre-watered row. Lightly cover them with a little soil. Keep soil moist until seedlings are established, then thin to 2cm apart.
Transplanting
When the seedlings have produced about four true leaves, transplant them to their cropping positions. Firm in, and keep well watered in dry spells.
Advice
Avoid planting in the same soil as other Brassicas the previous year. Cover with a protective netting or fleece to prevent attack from birds and insects. Water the plants thoroughly after planting.
