Distinctive and attractive, this variety is commonly known as ‘watermelon radish’ for its unique appearance, with creamy-white to pale green outer skin and bright purple-pink flesh inside. These flavoursome radishes have a crisp bite and the bicolour makes for decorative slices, ideal in salads and stir fries or as a pretty garnish in starters and side dishes.
