Dilivery and notifications great..first time to order water plants was surprised how well they were packed..plants looked good ,surprised lily's were in such small pots but will pot them on..in water till weather improves...happy and hope they flower

I had a great experience with Newlands Garden Centre. The plants were delivered quickly and arrived in excellent condition. One of the plants I ordered was no longer available, and a staff member contacted me directly to let me know and even sent photos of alternative options to choose from, which I really appreciated.
I was also impressed by the delivery service. When the driver first arrived and I wasn’t home, he chose not to leave the plants outside because they were indoor plants and he didn’t want them sitting out in case they were damaged. He redelivered them a couple of days later instead, which really showed how much care they take.
Fantastic service all round — I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
