Allium 'Purple Sensation' is a popular ornamental onion that produces stunning, globe-shaped flowers in a vibrant shade of purple. This hardy perennial can grow up to 90 cm tall and thrives in full sun to partial shade. The blooms appear in late spring to early summer, attracting bees and butterflies to the garden. The foliage of 'Purple Sensation' is strap-like and forms a clump at the base of the plant, adding texture and interest to garden beds.
