Special Requirements

Corydoras Sterba has some special requirements to keep them healthy and happy in captivity. They require clean and well-oxygenated water with a moderate to strong water flow. A good filtration system is essential to maintain water quality, and regular water changes are necessary to prevent the accumulation of harmful waste products. Additionally, this fish is sensitive to high nitrate levels and copper-based medications, which can be toxic to them.
