Apple ‘Golden Delicious’
The Apple ‘Golden Delicious’ is a highly popular and versatile apple variety, originally discovered in the United States in the early 20th century. It produces medium to large fruits with smooth golden-yellow skin and a sweet, mellow flavour. Juicy and crisp when fresh, it is excellent for eating, baking, and juicing. Ripening in mid to late autumn, it is also known for its good storage qualities.
