The bonsai was a birthday present for a friend. Newlands followed the delivery instructions and the gift was delivered on the designated day.

Plants always arrive in perfect condition with careful packaging, and lovely friendly drivers.

Ordered Mrs Bradshaw plants online and they were delivered next day. The plants were very securely packed with no soil spillage. The plants were in excellent condition and were very easy to remove from the pots. The roots were in healthy condition and not pot bound. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend New lands garden centre.
