Pinus sylvestris ‘Watereri’ is a slow-growing, compact form of Scots pine, valued for its dense blue-green needles, attractive red-brown bark and dependable evergreen structure throughout the year. Grown on a 50cm stem, it makes an eye-catching architectural specimen for borders, gravel gardens and large containers.
Plant in full sun in any well-drained soil. Once established, ‘Watereri’ is drought tolerant, exceptionally hardy and generally needs little or no pruning. Its compact habit and year-round foliage make it a useful choice for adding structure and colour to autumn and winter planting.
