Mazuri® LS (Low Starch) Tortoise Diet is a specially formulated complete diet designed to meet the nutritional needs of arid-zone and grassland herbivorous tortoises and lizards. Developed with a high-fibre, low-starch recipe, this advanced formula helps support healthy digestion, natural grazing behaviour, and long-term wellbeing. Made with ground timothy grass hay as the primary ingredient, Mazuri® Tortoise Diet LS closely reflects the natural diet of grazing tortoise species.
The carefully balanced nutritional profile provides essential nutrients while helping to reduce excessive starch intake often associated with less suitable diets. This premium tortoise food contains live probiotics to help support healthy gut flora and digestive function, promoting efficient nutrient absorption and gastric health. The highly palatable pellet format encourages strong feeding responses and makes daily feeding simple and convenient for keepers. Suitable as a staple diet, the pellets can be fed dry or lightly moistened if preferred.
