Coral Bells 'Splashberry' | Heuchera 'Splashberry' (2 Litre)
Yellow-green leaves are marked with red around the centre and veins, creating a distinctive splash of colour. Small white summer flowers rise above the rounded foliage mound. Light shade helps keep the pale leaves looking their best.
Why we like it
- Yellow-green foliage brightens planting.
- Red vein markings give a striking contrast.
- A small mound suits edging and containers.
What to know
- Choose light or partial shade; pale foliage can scorch in strong midday sun.
- Plant in moist, well-drained soil with the crown at the soil surface.
- Water new plants and containers regularly, without leaving the roots saturated.
- Remove damaged leaves in spring and snip off spent flower stems.
- Check for vine weevil in pots and divide older, woody clumps to refresh them.
