Apple 'James Grieve' is a dependable dual-purpose variety producing juicy, tangy fruit that sweetens as it ripens. Pink-white spring blossom is followed by an early crop from late August in Ireland. Partially self-fertile and useful as a pollinator for other apples, it is an excellent, productive tree for a small or medium garden.
