Red Eyed Crocodile Skink
Tribolonotus gracilis
Natural Habitat
Native to the tropical rainforests of New Guinea. This species lives on the forest floor near streams and moist leaf litter, thriving in warm, humid environments with plenty of cover.
Enclosure & Environment
A humid, well-planted enclosure that mimics a rainforest floor is essential.

Heating & lighting: Low-wattage heat source if needed; UVB recommended

Care Level
Intermediate. Red Eyed Crocodile Skinks are sensitive to stress and environmental changes and require stable humidity and minimal disturbance.
