Iris pseudacorus Variegata, also known as variegated yellow flag iris, is a striking marginal aquatic perennial distinguished by its bold, sword-shaped foliage striped with creamy-yellow variegation. In late spring to early summer, it produces bright yellow flowers that stand out beautifully against the decorative foliage. Ideal for pond margins, bog gardens, or damp borders, this iris brings both colour and structure to water-themed plantings. It is hardy, low-maintenance, and also excellent for naturalising in moisture-retentive soil.
