Behaviour & Compatibility
Keep only compatible animals of the same species and locality form. Provide separate feeding areas and be ready to separate any frog showing weight loss or aggression.
Feeding & Nutrition
Feed appropriately sized flightless fruit flies and other suitable tiny invertebrates. Juveniles need daily meals; established adults generally daily or every other day. Use an appropriate amphibian calcium/vitamin supplement following the manufacturer’s schedule. Monitor every frog and maintain multiple feeder cultures.
Routine Care
Feed and observe each frog regularly. Check drainage, ventilation and moisture; remove leftovers and waste. Use conditioned water and avoid chemical residues. Fruit-fly cultures must be maintained continuously.
Important Before Buying
Confirm species and locality/morph. Do not mix different dart-frog species or locality forms. Prepare reliable tiny feeder cultures before collecting; they cannot live on ordinary large crickets.
