Pulsatilla vulgaris Red, commonly known as the Red Pasque Flower, is a hardy, early-flowering perennial that produces striking, deep red, bell-shaped flowers with golden-yellow centers. Blooming in early spring, the flowers emerge from soft, silvery foliage, which remains attractive throughout the year. This compact, low-maintenance plant thrives in well-drained soils and is perfect for rock gardens, borders, and alpine planting. As an added bonus, the seed heads develop into fluffy, ornamental tufts, extending garden interest into late summer.
