One of the easiest to care for live food approaches are isopods. Porcellio laevis is also called panda isopod or dalmatian isopod, which is among other things due to their pretty black and white spotted appearance. For some people they are hobbyist animals, which can be bred very easily and also crossed with other color morphs, which results in many new great colors. For others Dalmatian or Panda Assels are a very easy to breed live food for their amphibians, such as Axolotl, but also other reptiles or spiders, because the reproduction rate of the animals is quite high.
