Housing: Guatemalan Tiger Rumps require an enclosure that is at least 2-3 times their leg span in length and width. They should also have a hiding place, such as a hollow log or a small cave, and a water dish. The substrate should be kept dry, and the enclosure should be misted lightly once a week. It is crucial to avoid overcrowding, as Green Bottle Blue Tarantulas can become territorial and aggressive towards each other.

Feeding: Guatemalan Tiger Rumps are carnivorous and primarily feed on insects such as crickets, mealworms, and roaches. They should be fed once or twice a week, depending on their size and age. It is essential to provide them with live prey as they do not typically respond to dead prey.
