A dwarf catmint with slender spikes of lavender-blue summer flowers and aromatic, sage-green leaves. This clump-forming perennial will form open drifts of hazy blue flowers for weeks over the summer months, and makes a lovely informal edging plant for paths and borders. When it's trodden underfoot the cascading foliage releases an intoxicating aroma. Fresh or dried, the leaves make a refreshing and therapeutic tea which is high in Vitamin C and has traditionally been used to treat such conditions as nervousness, insomnia, hyperactivity, colds and fevers. The flowers are highly attractive to bees, and of course, the foliage to cats, who will go mad for it. To prevent cats from flattening the plant, insert several twiggy sticks into the centre.
Garden care: Cut back after flowering has finished to keep the plant compact. Lift and divide large clumps in spring, replanting divided specimens with lots of well-rotted organic matter. If powdery mildew becomes a problem prune out the affected areas.

Feel free to use our services if you are living abroad and want to send flowers or a gift to a loved one in Ireland. We will make sure they receive your gift on time. If you would like to send flowers to a loved one outside of Ireland you can ring us directly as prices and delivery may vary from country to country
We deliver live fish Nationwide: €7.50
Because our first concern is for the health of the aquatic life we offer, we will ensure the safest, most stress-free shipping techniques that are available. Firstly, we pick only the healthiest fish that we have in stock, picked by our expert team in Newlands Aquatic Centre. We then wrap & pack them in proper insulated boxes that are suitable for shipping live-stock. We also offer a 48 hour guarentee on all of our live-stock and will replace any fish that we deliver if they perish within this time. Products we don’t deliver Nationwide
Please note we do not deliver large bags of compost other than to County Dublin & County Kildare or 35 Km radius of where we are based as we deliver these Ourselves & not through a courier.
Delivery Charge to the UK
We have three sets of rates depending on the weight & size of what you are purchasing. Charges are as follows:
- €12.50 up to 10Kg
- €21.50 up to 20Kg
- €28.00 up to 30Kg
We can organise delivery for any product heavier than 30KG once we know dimensions and weight and distance to travel.
Click & Collect:
We also offer a click & collect where you can place you order online and collect it in the Garden Centre whenever you like. Please be sure to bring your credit card that you used & identification. with you as we require signature & verification.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or change your mind, simply return it within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue you with a credit note for the cost of the item (excluding shipping) The item must not be opened or used and packaging must be intact and of resalable quality.
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. If a product you purchased is defective or damaged during shipment, it is important you let us know upon opening package. Please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.
