With two trailblazing chefs, the Weber Experience is
ready
to take Newlands by storm on 30th May 2013.!
Weber, Irelands No.1 Barbecue brand – is proud to announce that their acclaimed Weber
Experience BBQ Roadshow will be
rolling its way into a town near you! The state
of the art Airstream Land-Yacht will be visiting garden centres and food
festivals across
Ireland throughout 2013, spreading the message that barbecue
cooking is so much more than just bangers and burgers.
Presenting the
latest and hottest barbecuing techniques, hints and tips, the Weber Experience
team will be bringing their expertise to
Newlands Home & Garden Centre on 30th May 2013.
Weber’s top
barbecue chefs will share their passion and expertise in demonstrations
not to be
missed. Check out the best barbecue techniques from roasting and
grilling, to
baking and smoking, as Weber show you how to create mouth-watering
meals on the barbecue. Plus, there will be opportunities to sample what's being
cooked, from
traditional barbecued feasts, right through to tasty bread and
inspired
puddings. Better yet, all of the recipes demonstrated on the Airstream
are
available on the Weber Experience website, so you can try out these
culinary
creations on your own barbecue!
2013 is an
exciting year for the Weber Experience, as reigning barbecue
King Dan Cooper is
joined by Richard Holden. A valuable addition to the team,
Richard is a Cordon
Bleu qualified chef, who worked at Westfield Stratford City
throughout the 2012
Olympics and has cooked for sporting superstars like
Sir Steve Redgrave and
Roger Black. Working at a butcher’s for much of his
childhood, Richard is a fan
of ‘proper food’ and has lots of imaginative ideas
to transform any joint of
meat. Dan – who has cooked up feasts for celebrities
including Lily Allen and
Alex James - is a seasoned Weber expert, having
toured on the Airstream for the
past two years.
Not only does
the Airstream boast a select range of Weber barbecues,
it also showcases high
tech Weber gadgets and fabulous accessories,
so you can get to grips with
trying something a little different and make
your own barbecue a storming
success.
